Most pieces are handmade or personalised to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting and quality checks before dispatch. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date.

At checkout you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.95, free on orders of £50 or more), Tracked 24 (£3.95), or Special Delivery—next working day after dispatch (£9.90).

Please email hello@lumiereandco.net within 24 hours. We will help where possible, but changes may not be possible once work has begun on a personalised item.

Personalised or custom-made pieces cannot normally be returned for change of mind. They remain fully covered if faulty, damaged, not as described, or personalised incorrectly due to our error.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights.

Yes. We send a dispatch confirmation email with available tracking details. The carrier may need a short time before tracking begins to update.

All our jewellery, including chains and fittings, is made from 925 sterling silver. Our gold pieces feature 14K gold vermeil over 925 sterling silver, with a 2.5-micron gold layer. Check each product page for available finishes and care details.

Yes. Every piece is covered by our 90-day workmanship guarantee from the delivery date. It covers manufacturing faults during normal wear and is in addition to your statutory rights.

A jewellery pouch is included with your order. A gift box is available as an optional paid upgrade. Packaging photographs show examples; only your selected jewellery and packaging are included.

Keep your jewellery dry and store it separately when not being worn. Avoid perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals and abrasive cleaners, especially on gold vermeil. See our jewellery care guide for full advice.
